Director General, Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), Mr. Alex Okoh, and his counterpart at the Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC), Mr. Victor Muruako, have pledged to work more closely for each other’s benefits.
The two chief executives said inter-agency collaboration was crucial to the success of the Federal Government programmes.
Speaking at a courtesy visit to Muruako yesterday, Okoh promised that the BPE would give priority attention to both relationship building blocks to earn a seamless relationship with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the country.
He noted that the visit signaled the importance the bureau attached to the mandate and the work of the FRC.
Responding, Muruako solicited a robust relationship with the bureau in the discharge of the mandates of both agencies.
He said the visit showed that he was prepared to work with relevant stakeholders, and to establish a good synergy with the FRC.
